The Summoning Recipe
The recipe unlocks with the quest and is made at the Kitchen Table: one Dream Dust, one Comet's Tail, one Tooth. Dream Dust and a Tooth are routine drops you will already hold; the Comet's Tail is the one purchase worth planning — the Astrologer sells it, and reaching his shop is the real gate of this quest. One craft, one summon, done.
What the Fairy Opens
The summon pays out twice. Immediately: the A Little Magic achievement and the Fairy's Swamp Map, the quest item the swamp storyline runs on. Downstream: Friendship Written in the Stars opens the shop you need next, The Nun with the Hairy Ass and Holy Moly! hang off this stretch of the journal, Go Wild in the Wild Lands wants the Fairy's Swamp Map, and Heart of the Swamp is unlocked by this quest directly. It is a small step that turns the map green.

The fairy's message is the story pivot: enter the swamp and find the temple of the Nature Goddess. Treat this quest as the swamp chapter's front door — clear it, bank the map, and let Goddess in the Swamp and Heart of the Swamp inherit the momentum. The fairy claims you are supposed to save the world; the swamp is where you start proving it.
