Your Undead — Workers and Fighters

The zombies on your side of the fence. Workers are labor assigned through Work Zones; Fighters are troops the Barracks fields in four-strong squads with a spear or a bow and real armor. Both are born the same way — a corpse with six intact organs plus one Reanimation Liquid on the basement Resurrection Table. The table below is the short version of who does what.

Hostile Zombies — The Six Enemy Types

The enemy half of the bestiary: six hostile types spread across every area you restore. Each has one clean answer, and the Counter column is it. Trade melee with Wild and Bucket, flank the Door Zombie's plank shield, out-range the Bloated, swarm the Spitter with your squad, and never stand next to a Barrel.

Enemy zombies are the reason the Barracks exists — a four-strong squad of Zombie Fighters turns every hostile on this table into a speed bump.

How to Read the Type Column

Type is whose side the zombie is on. Worker means yours — automated labor you resurrect and assign through Work Zones. Fighter means yours and armed — Zombie Fighters with spears or bows that the Barracks fields as four-strong squads. Enemy means hostile: the six hostile types that stand between you and a restored realm.

Workers can fight too — arming a worker is legal, but a dedicated Fighter with armor will always hold the line better.

Resurrection Days and the Six-Day Week

The Reanimation Liquid economy and the Envy-day restriction together set the pace of your army's growth: one zombie per prepared table per activation, then the lab goes dark until the next Lust ends. A successful Prayer for Storms lifts the restriction for any day while the God of the storms' favor lasts, so bank corpses and liquid for those windows. The six-day week runs the calendar the whole plan hangs on — schedule the lab, the sermons, and the market around it.
